A Collaborative Poem

Since there are many who love poetry here, I thought that perhaps we should create a collaborative poem.

I will start it off with a single line and each following post should have two lines.
The first line should rhyme with the last line of the prior user's post, and the second line can be anything (the next user will need to rhyme it).

I look forward to the direction the poem takes.
