    Alone.
    Your life will never improve;
You can only depend on yourself
Because you will find that if
You have to depend on others
They will so often let you down.
    Your independence and self-reliance
    Are your greatest assets.
    Your family and friends
    They only care about you
    Simply because
You can help them in their need.
    If you see someone suffering
Try to avoid them if you can.
    Your failures,
    Past shortcomings and problems are
    Because of those around you.
You are most likely to succeed
    When you are by yourself.
    You are not better
    Together.

My sentiment exactly. I've seen something written in this style before, but I didn't even catch on as I was reading. Very effective and powerful message. Way to go BiocideJ!
PS (This must be a bear to punctuate.)

BiocideJ, I have never seen anything like this. It is amazing. I want some of whatever you are having.

Wow! Is this even possible?! And who would think to do this? It's genius, Biocide!

Serendipity. Today, I received a copy of a children's book as a gift - Echo & Echo by Marilyn Singer. The book contains poems written to be read from top to bottom and from bottom to top. They call them reversos. I guess they are palindromes on steroids.

A book like that sounds more interesting than what I had. I thought poetry was all about flowers, love and Edgar Poe.

Wow - would love to be able to do this. And what a message too.
