I see you I am aware of your existence
I see you off in far distance but I’m not distant
Eyes a consistent repeat of you left the faucet running
Words so broken, lips numbing softly humming
Reading her lips I try to grasp, I gasp my words drone
In a room full of people lost and always feeling alone
I wonder when she goes home does she call it her home
Or does she spent more time in her bed
Reading back words she wrote, she read
Writing poetry about how no one understand her
Writing the same poetry about no one understand me
I can see her but can she see me
I am a one of the many rain drops that formed the sea
