    The Humility Of Not Knowing.

I really don't know what is this?

This all that they call existence.
    From the space between
    Atoms of granite,
    To the suns that beam
    And animate planets.
I really don't know what this is.

Where were we before we were born?
When our soul's hadn't bodily form.
    Remember a warning
    proceeding our birth?
That we'd be here in these bodies
    existing on this earth.
So where were we before we were born?

Truth is only what is believed.
Within the realm of what is perceived.
    Think of the fish
    that's blind in a cave.
    Only knowing freedom
    that it's slavery gave.
    Illusion is truth if believed.

So after death, where will we go?
I guess I'm settled that in life i'll never know.
As a child when we realized
    that we were alive.
    Was it at this time
    that we realized we die?
This life's a moment and then we must go.

As a message, to you, i send this.
    And echo eternity endless.
    As a runner to another,
    that passes a baton,
    These words i give'll live
    past the time i'm gone.
So with ellipsis, i'm ending, this sentence...

    -Tim Hale.
Working...
