Never before have I been given so much advice by so many

my mother,
his mother,
his sister,
a policeman, once
baby throwing in his two cents

"Of course, you'll stay home now."
"Wouldn't you get bored?"
"Cry it out"
"Don't you dare. He'll never trust you."
"Feed on demand"
"Better get him on a schedule. You'll never have any peace."

How is a person to know what is right?
what is good?
Do I have to wait until it's over?
until he's married, thirty and a lawyer to be sure I haven't damnably erred?
When will I too possess all the answers?
Will I ever get to offer unsolicited advice to a poor, frazzeled soul in the frozen food aisle?

I doubt it.
Certainty isn't my thing.
