  • Then There's Hope

Dear God Take me Into Your Bosom
    And hold me tight
    This isn’t the epitaph
    Of my life:
    Lessons that are learned
    Sometimes we get burned..
Like the seasons our lives turns and turns
    ( will we ever learn)

    I have lived through some
    triumphs experience some strifes
This is the story of how life
is full of sacrifice will we be
    Willing to pay the price

    To have a world
    enriched by hope
    Where do the weary
    go when their minds
    can no longer cope
    ( Then there’s hope]

Like a dove that descends from the skies It teaches us how
To survive Do we really care what happens when we die
Without hope it will have you guessing why

    Who will help us cope
    Then there is hope

I might not know what you’re going through
Is hope the stars I’m attracted to
So much despair I know it seems
    Like no one really care

Then there is hope that shakes
    Hands with time
    That travels through our
    Minds that binds us
    When the world seem
    So unkind

It seems like lightin has seize
    The hearts of man
    When will we learn
    Or do we pretend
    to understand
    Then there is hope
    ( to help us cope)

Hope leads to trust we can touch
It’s the emotion we need so much
Like the seasons our lives turns and turns
    ( will we ever learn)
It embraces the perils this life has put
    Us through
Is hope the stars I’m attracted to

When we fall down we gotta get back up
    I know it’s tough
    Then there’s hope
    (We gotta trust)
