A Leaf's decent,
Can be a small dance.
A short time indeed,
A short time well spent.
The tiny leaf we see,
Falls from a branch.
That's just one part,
Of this grand giant plant.
During a summers time,
The leaves all shine green.
Until autumn rings the chime,
They keep their spring scene.
Leaves catch fire,
When the seasons shift.
Yellow, red, and orange,
A kind autumns kiss.
When autumn turns to winter,
The leaves change again.
When the wind becomes bitter,
The crunching begins.
When you see a leaf fall,
Keep in mind.
It's and end to a beginning,
The way it was designed.
Can be a small dance.
A short time indeed,
A short time well spent.
The tiny leaf we see,
Falls from a branch.
That's just one part,
Of this grand giant plant.
