Forgotten sons of neglect rise

become the fathers you despise

Lost in soul lost in mind

go ahead and join your kind

there’s no end to the cycle of madness

chaos and confusion born of sadness
run rampant behind closed doors

That may be the best description of neglect and its vicious cycle. I can see the huge background behind this lines.
