there are so many songs that move my pen
i wish i knew a way to share them, now.
it is the season for them once again
they all are locked away someday, i vow
to find a place to post an mp3.
it's something that i did awhile ago
it makes me sad, i know that it could be
a bright spot in the heart amid the snow.

i could just post the lyric sheet, i guess
but half a song is music, don't you think?
if anyone knows how, i must confess,
i need instructions on just how to link
a song that just exists on my pc
to something other folks could hear and see
