So Tired

So many lonely nights,
So many lonely days,
So tired of having to fight,
and not knowing how much longer I'll stay,
I'm just so bloody tired,
My heart aches,
I feel like I'm in a raging fire,
And there's no escape,
I try to breathe,
But thick smoke fills my lungs,
brought down on my knees, I cough and wheeze,
I'm just too exhausted to run.
