Locked in at night so I can't see the stars,
Surrounded by walls and some metal bars,
But when I fall asleep I can walk on Mars,
I can grab the Sun and put it in a jar,
Dreaming away,
'fore night turns to day,
Fragments of memories and festive displays,
On an adventure, my drifting soul,
Walking with spirits, where do they go?
Dancing Fireflies put on a show,
Lighting the way so I reach safely at home,
Wish I'd never wake,
Whish that i could stay,
Inevitable, the light of day.
