I'm one who usually (sometimes more intentionally than other times) keeps the entire Christmas season - the twelve days from Christmas to Epiphany. Seems every day of this liturgical season is a feast or memorial of some great Saint or Saints. The poem below grew from that.

    Faith held first
    In the sowing
    is the reaping
    In the binding
    is the keeping
    Faith held fast

Very nice. There's something about wheat and faith that just goes together and youve got it there in a photo and words.

I'll be well placed when we make the final move to the farm next year then...surrounded by wheat fields!
Also, thank you for the look and stopping by to leave a nice comment LG!

So cool, love the colors of the text and font and the picture it's set in. As well as the language, I enjoyed. And you mention the last words which are a favorite movie of mine

RhymeLovingWriter - "saints are in the making even as we breathe"....Ahhh! You've captured something quite profound with that and also for a city boy with shoes on, you got me wanting to run the wheat fields barefoot. Whoa! Thanks for transporting me RLW. Namyh
