    MOVED

Guided by one of the greatest gods

    The human hand

    Punctual in realm
    Two pragmatic machines
    A stone to be skipped
    Still waters waiting
    Entering
    Exiting and creating
    Ripples enchanting the believers
    And then the awkward sinking
    After the splatter
    The consequence of the present
    Has no matter
    What we lay upon
    Or rest under
There is no gain to the sea
    No loss to the land
After the excitement of the toss
    The truth is
    Some kind of god spoke
    All proved forgot
    The eye the hand
    The water the air
    A childish act proved
    A stone, a stone heart
    Somewhere in our lives
    I hoped we were moved

So much beauty in this piece. Beginnings, endings, reflections, actions, consequences - it's all there.

        Very nice.

        Some common thing,
        a skimming stone,
        brings to mind
        what most have known.
