    Belfast Conga 12th Dec. 2017

    Scaffolded building,

    bewildered scrum,

    the Bankers Club

    shuttered nonpluses them.

    So members of MENSA,

    are dancing a Conga

    round Belfast centre,

    looking for a venue,

    Deep Thought might enter.

To end, Don, raconteur of this tale

    of trailing Flaneurs, relates

    street smarts to its' obverse,

    the coin of comparative worth.

    "High I.Q, low commonsense."

      Thanks Alex,
      It's a sop to
      those who
      got academic
      thumbs down.
      (myself & the raconteur
      trying to outdo one another
in educational poverty(he won with added violence))

Yet I thought from your "Wall Street"
piece you might have been a Copy Writer
in service of Mammon, outdoing me at every turn.

Hello Johntee, A host of puzzle solvers bewildered in a Belfast scrum - a sight to behold, indeed. A superb poem with a sprinkled of commonsense. Very well done. Fond regards, Tony.
