    It will slowly turn it into a massive black hole.

    Nicely described, Bry. Explosive chemicals of color, smoke from propellant of both rockets and woodpiles. What does it do to the environment?

    I know you weren't referring to balloons but it makes you think something so harmless but we are putting it back in the environment in an artificial form

    Balloons? I didn't think they cause harm to the atmosphere. I was more thinking about fireworks and these "chemtrails" also. Thanks for the feedback.

    I recently heard how balloons released do much environmental damage-your poem makes a good point -how much damage are we unwittingly doing for our entertainment -Thank you

    started a topic Strange Clouds

    Strange Clouds

    Atmospheric suffer
    Chemical love in the air
    Distorted forms hang in the silence
    But down below, they don't care

    Breathe in the fumes
    Of an impending crisis
    What existed before, now long gone
    We are the numb, the lifeless
    Under the grips of death

    The sky is melting, slowly
    And the sun falls before it can rise
    We see the atmosphere
    Falling around us
    We feel the atmosphere
    Descend upon us
    By their form of ignorance
    By every burning line
    Cutting apart the once perfect sky

    ~~~
    It refers to air pollution, especially from all these fireworks going off for Bonfire Night here recently.
