  • The Tenth Muse (for N.Y. Sonnet)

    You walk among the Ancients
    Without trepidation
    Greek philosophers are speechless

    Even Sappho hides from you
    She has no words
That can cope with your talent

    The Delphic Oracle is cowed
    Left deaf and dumb
    Blinded by your creative brilliance

Your star is a super novae
That shines in the highest Heaven
    So says Hipparchus
