I like the flow of this Jon. The way you've written it seems to match the cadence or natural rhythm of a resting pace of breathing, which makes it very easy to follow. Except for the third stanza, where your word choices perfectly upped the pace temporarily. I love the phrase 'breathe with a smile'. You know, every time I try that (although I don't always remember), it improves my mood almost instantly! Thank you. Reading this leaves me feeling happy - and smiling.

Nice Pp! Definitely need that oxygen in our body to oxygenate every single cell. People with apnea (breathing stops for about 20 seconds each breath cycle while asleep) are known to get decreased amount of oxygen when sleeping and end up tired when they awake. Body's being deprived of oxygen... and healing ( if wounded) slows when needed.
