The wren wasn't pleased
''This is my home'' it yelled and
swooped down at the squirrel

The wren then took swoops
at the other birds on the
feeder by it's house
over and over again
hoping to get them to leave

It was my mistake
to hang the bird feeder
next to the bird house

Yes, wrens can make quite a racket for being such little things! My folks have a pair and when you get close when they have little ones, they let you know!

Thanks for the comment, RLW. Watching the wrens go after the squirrels is just funny. The squirrels refuse to go, and defend themselves for a while with their tails' wrapped over their backs. I haven't seen the wrens give up, or lose, yet.
