Sumyanna, the clarity that goes on within your writing is an endless well of words and vision. You make it seem so easy. Reminds me when watching a golf pro's swing on video or TV. I like how you reversed the order of the seven days. Ho hum, just another amazing write! (shrugging shoulders)

Thank you so very much Bobby Del Boy This was a difficult write - first of all it was long :-) although I hardly seem to run out of words sometimes... but it was actually a fiction writing prompt and I wondered how it would feel in a poem instead. Unfortunately, the person who added the prompt doesn't do them anymore. Really - it is sometimes a good idea to stretch the boundaries a little, I think. Some of my poems come rather easily to me - but others (like this one) take more thought and time. If it is really important, it may take days...

Sumyanna, this is just wonderful again. It is amazing how you can write what is actually a complex poem and yet make it seem so easy. The story you are writing pulls you in and along. It also made me think of the second act of Thornton Wilder's play ''Our Town''.

Thank you so much #Muttado1sb Oh, this one was not as easy - promise. I just wanted to see where this prompt would take me. I truly wasn't even sure it would work, but I was able to capture a lot of my hopes and feelings in it, so I am happy. Wow - love that it made you think of that :-)

I was captivated by this Sumyanna. A very interesting perspective on the musings of the deceased.

Thank you very much MHenry. I know it was an different topic than many poems - but wondered what thoughts the prompt would bring. So glad you liked it.
Working...
