  • Shine On

It glistens through the leaves of the oak,
And slides throughout the billows of smoke,
It shimmers on the great grand lake,
And it hits us all when the new dawn breaks.
It reflects off the many mirrors,
And lights us both for many years.
It shines right through your left-hand ring.
And leaves us both with a soft warm feeling.
It glimmers off your soft warm eyes,
    The light of my life,
    Exploding from the skies.

I feel we are worshiping the sun, and then the blushing bride, who is your sun. Thus, you are worshiping your lovely bride.
      Well done, ben!

Thank you very much. It's a pretty simple sweet piece. But the light in our lives come in many different forms.
