You are the blackness in my heart
the poison in my veins
the foulness in my breath
When monsters eat my brains

You are the shadow in disguise
the dirty secrets never told
the nightmares born at night
When nauseousness unfold

You are the blinding rage I feel
the all consuming hate
the light that never shines
When friendship's used as bait

Very nice can I make one small suggestion lose the your in the last line and just use "as bait". I think it would flow nicer. I really like this one great job!
