After I switched to a healthy diet and started running in the morning, I realized that to have a toned body, you need to do something else, the gym is not for me really, so I started doing calisthenics (I really enjoy this workout https://betterme.world/articles/calisthenics-workout/ ), I get such a kick out of it,every morning after training I also go swimming to the river to fresh myselfLast edited by jenifercler; 08-29-2023, 11:24 PM.
