That's a great question! I'm a big fan of working out and try to hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Boxing is one of my favorite workouts and I've been using the best beginner boxing gloves for the past year. They help me stay safe and comfortable while I'm training. I'm a huge advocate of mixing up my workouts to stay motivated. It's much easier to stick to a plan if you're having fun. That said, I like to switch between cardio, weights, and boxing as much as I can. It keeps things fresh and helps me stay on track.
