I reached out on social media when it started, and found out a good friend of mine has episodes as well.

I guess the worst part is that when you're hallucinating, you 100% believe you're awake and that it's real. To be honest, I'm not exactly sure I'm NOT awake sometimes. It's hard to describe, I guess.

Not sure, though I only seem to have SP when I'm napping during the day. I guess I got cocky.

It felt like someone was electrocuting me too. Not exactly in a painful way, but I felt electric.

Couldn't move. Couldn't make a sound. Couldn't breathe.

I was looking at the wall, and a door opened up. A man in a black suit with no face and fuzzy gray skin stepped out very calmly, shut the door behind him, then just stared at me.

Oi. Just had a particularly frightening episode of sleep paralysis. Gotta shake it off.
