Actually, I think I could rationalize the entire poem...
dark night in the middle of the day = eclipse
Their names, Joe and James Dead
In addition to drawing their swords they drew their water pistols and shot each other
A deaf policeman with a cochlear implant heard them

Reminds me of an old nonsensical poem I had forgotten

One dark night in the middle of the day
Two dead boys came out to play
Back to back they faced each other
Drew their swords and shot each other
A deaf police man heard the noise
And came and shot the two dead boys

My guess is that they do not sleep furiously. But I must say that sentence is grammatically correct, but semantically nonsensical.

Probably not right away. Maybe not for a few years, even. I'm making a serious effort to get this one picked up. I have faith in it!

This guy I've been seeing typed in one of my usernames and found all of my social media sites. I tend to use the same username for everything. He found an old online journal and read through it. It's my fault for keeping it public, and barely anonymous (I gave myself away with an entry including a photo of a handwritten note I signed with "Michaele"). He told me that he wasn't being invasive and that I shouldn't feel like my privacy was violated because I'd left it up for the whole world to see.

Uhhh that sounds kinda weird, doesn't it? Kinda creepy.

I applied for a job, got an interview, and didn't get the job.

Yesterday I was terrified my current job was going to fire me, because I'm not ready to leave here yet. Not without a new, better job. Which I am having trouble finding. I don't want to do this line of work anymore, but I'm scared to learn something new.

Yeah that sounds mad terrifying. I don't like getting rejected for jobs

Got side-swiped on my way home from work. Some fool decided they could drive their itty bitty sports car like the roads were normal and not snow-covered, and hit me. But I'm okay, and so is my car.

That's how a guy gets punched in his oysters. Even if it was a woman driving the car. Oyster punchies.
